The Concord Group is seeking to hire for the summertime Research Intern position in its San Francisco office. Researchers are integral to the daily operation of the firm, and will have an active role in assisting fellow staff members in market research and project work. Real estate experience is not required, although interest is real estate, land use, urban economics, and similar fields is essential.

Researcher duties will include:
• Planning and conducting essential research and interviews with real estate professionals and government agencies;
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of associates and principals;
• Conducting in-depth primary research via phone and through online resources; and
• Interacting with team members and principals.

The Research Intern position is a part-time, hourly position. Ideally candidates will be able to work from June through August with potential for further employment based on availability.
