THE POSITION:

The Project Manager will report to the EVP of Development and join the Northern California team of BRIDGE Housing. The Project Manager position manages all aspects of the development process, from site acquisition and project conception through construction completion and lease-up for multiple projects. The Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of the process from development through occupancy and into operations.
