Internship Opportunity – Pilot: Pricing Policy & Practice for On-Street Residential Parking in SF
The SFMTA Sustainable Streets Division Parking team is looking for a sharp and able person to assist with a federally-funded pilot program that will test the adaptation and application of on-street parking pricing techniques in residential neighborhoods. The project entails designing the pilot program to apply innovative approaches to residential parking management for San Francisco’s streets, as well as sharing our findings and guidance with other American and international cities. This is a paid internship; number of hours available over the next year is 500. Perfect for a graduate student or intern desiring to stay longer with the SFMTA and/or needing to complete a “Professional Report” to meet graduation requirements. Excellent analytical, research and writing skills a must. Send a letter of interest along with a writing sample that demonstrates analytical and writing capabilities to Kathie Studwell.
