Directs or supervises the internal and external team, including engineers and drafting technicians, to ensure deadlines are met within defined timeframes. Identify potential risk scenarios. Prepares zoning and permitting applications. Monitors progress of the application and facilitates jurisdictional requests for additional information as a result of the application review process. Ensures compliance to the quality and safety goals and objectives. Negotiate ordinances and project conditions on behalf of the client.
