Help shape SFHSA's policies and programs through analysis, project management, and strategic planning as an Aging & Disability Affordable Housing Needs Assessment Analyst (Senior Administrative Analyst 1823). In this role you will be researching, collaborating with City and community stakeholders, analyzing data and developing reports on community needs and affordable housing resources to support a coordinated affordable housing network for older people and adults with disabilities.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

1. Develops a project plan for each report in consultation with key City partners to establish shared understanding of reporting requirements and specific data metrics.
2. Establishes understanding and maintains repository of available data relevant to aging and disability housing needs, including but not limited to housing portfolio and pipeline data, census population data, and other relevant federal, state, and local information sources; and conducts analysis of data for required reports and responds to requests as needed.
3. Develops a template for and prepares the first iteration of the Housing Pipeline Snapshot report in partnership with key City partners by October 2021; and develops and publishes the second iteration of the Housing Pipeline Snapshot report by October 2023.
4. Facilitates the completion of the first Assessment report by October 2022 by leading a cross-department project team to design and execute a process that includes opportunities for community input, captures state of the current system and unmet needs, and identifies recommendations to improve system coordination; drafts components or all of the report, depending on consultant services that may be procured; and shares a public report within mandated timeline.
5. Prepares presentation materials for agency leadership and may provide public presentations on project processes and findings.
6. Represents the San Francisco Human Services Agency at public meetings; interfaces with staff from other City agencies, service providers, community members, and other stakeholders to provide information, gather input, and develop strategies pertinent to aging and disability housing issues.
