This position is located in the Department of Transportation Services (DTS) and serves as the Chief of the Performance and Business Analysis Branch. The position manages the analysis of operations and maintenance data to provide in-depth analytical support and recommendations for operational decision-making. The position recommends and develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring; assesses performance trends and identify key areas for performance improvement; forecast resource requirements (including workforce, vehicles, equipment, materials, facilities, and technology) to meet future operations and maintenance program needs. The position is responsible for department level analysis of system design, business process, data, technology, and change management. Serve as team leader and expert in statistical analysis, database querying, report and tool development, and business process improvements for the department. Analyze, develop, prepare, produce, and provide oversight for the content, format, and production of operations and maintenance reporting, ad hoc queries, and data analysis for the DTS. Establish and maintain a positive relationship with Contractors.
