The opportunity: The Asset Manager position at BRIDGE Housing presents an exciting opportunity to join our Portfolio/Asset Management team and contribute to the day-to-day and long term viability and success of BRIDGE’s portfolio of high-quality, affordable housing. BRIDGE’s portfolio of housing is currently over 100 properties and 10,000 units throughout California, Washington & Oregon.

Summary: As the Asset Manager (AM), you will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 40 properties and serve as the primary contact for your portfolio’s investors and lenders. This portfolio includes a mix of property and financing types, including a number of public housing properties. The AM acts as the representative of the owner of each property and as such, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that the long-term financial health of properties in your portfolio meets BRIDGE, owner and lender requirements.

You will work closely with several cross-functional teams focused on the financial health of your portfolio, including Property Management and individual property site staff, Accounting, Legal, Insurance, and Development. You will have extensive external contact with BRIDGE’s consultants (legal, financial, etc.), regulatory agencies, lenders and investors.
