Emeryville seeks a Planning graduate student or recent Master's degree graduate to make maps in GIS and Illustrator, conduct research and surveys, produce documents in InDesign, facilitate and scribe meetings, help with bus hub and shoreline planning, write articles, enter projects in a database, provide information at the Planning counter, take in applications, check plans, and write zoning verification letters. Compensation is $19-$20/hour depending on qualifications. Interns may stay up to 2 years, working 12 to 20 hours per week, up to 1,000 hours per fiscal year.
