The Project Manager/Environmental Planner is responsible for managing and writing environmental documents for development and infrastructure projects, including residential projects and highway, interchange, road, and bridge construction and improvements. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and communicating with clients and agencies, managing staff and subconsultants, and preparing environmental reports to comply with CEQA and NEPA. The Project Manager will assist marketing staff in preparing proposals and will be responsible to maintain project budgets and meet deadlines. Seeking both Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. Salary commensurate with experience.

Must have a minimum 3 years (7 years for Senior Project Manager) managing and preparing CEQA/NEPA documents. Requires excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of CEQA and NEPA is essential.
