The San Mateo County Health System is seeking a motivated and skilled Community Health Planner to join the dynamic Health Policy and Planning team (HPP). HPP advances health and equity by using primary prevention and place-based strategies to create the conditions that enable all San Mateo County residents to live healthy lives. The Community Health Planner should have expertise in advancing primary prevention and health equity through policy and environmental changes in areas such as healthy food access and the built environment. This position requires strong critical thinking, oral and written communication and data analysis skills.
