The Associate Consultant is integral to the daily operation of the firm, and will have an active role in all aspects of engagements, including:

• Identifying key strategic and logistical issues;
• Solving complex problems using qualitative and financial analyses;
• Planning and conducting essential research and interviews;
• Synthesizing conclusions into client-focused recommendations;
• Developing results-driven client strategies; and
• Interacting with team members, principals and clients.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
• Strong interest in real estate economics and development;
• Bachelor's degree with 3.3 GPA or higher;
• Excellent quantitative and communication skills;
• Intuitive problem-solving capacity; and
• Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-pace environment.
