The Concord Group is seeking to fill a Researcher position in its San Francisco office. Researchers are integral to the daily operation of the firm, and will have an active role in client engagements. Real estate experience is not required, and opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions will be made available. Researcher duties will include:
• Planning and conducting essential research and interviews with real estate professionals and government agencies;
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of associates and principals;
• Conducting in-depth primary research via phone and through online resources; and
• Interacting with team members and principals.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
• Professional and conversant phone demeanor;
• Intuitive problem-solving capacity;
• Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-pace environment; and
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable educational institution.
