Latitude 33 is currently seeking a GRAPHIC DESIGNER to work within our planning department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Produce 3D models, renderings, surface models, massing studies, shadow studies, visualization studies, rendered site plans, project sketches, promotional material, and graphic support for website and social media.

QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Trimble Sketchup. Skilled in ArcGIS, Autodesk (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Infrastructure Modeler, and 3D Studio Max), and Wordpress preferred but not a requirement.Experience in planning, architecture, land planning, or landscape architecture is ideal but not a requirement. Ideally the candidate will have a college degree in a related field and 0-5 years of experience.
