Real Estate Project Management Specialist assists Property Development Director and the Real Estate Manager on small and large real estate development and acquisition projects as well as property leasing and management oversight. With regular guidance, analyzes and assist in the implementation of property development projects.

Responsibilities
Supports and assists the Property Development Director in the following:
• Assist with the completion of property investigations (due diligence studies) for potential real property acquisitions.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of RFQ and RFPs for the selection of potential real estate developers potential public/private development projects.
• Under direction, perform financial analysis of potential projects.
• Preparation of project reports and analysis.

Supports and assists the Real Estate Manager on a variety of task related to the leasing and management of mostly off-campus properties including, lease data base entry and maintenance, providing back-up/administrative support for lease payment functions, financial analysis, budgets and estimates.

Under direction, prepare presentation material on projects or departmental information, including graphical depictions of projects (site plans/maps) or charts.

Support the Real Estate Services unit in the scheduling meetings, creating and maintaining real estate and project files etc.

Performs organizational, campus and administrative activities not directly relating to projects, including serving on campus committees representing the department or unit.
