San Francisco International Airport (SFO), a dynamic and industry-leading airport seeks a Transit Planner IV to perform work in urban mass transit/transportation planning in our Landside Operations Section. The position requires a BA degree and 6 years of transit/transportation planning experience or a MA in planning transportation, transportation engineering, public administration or related field and 4 years of transit planning and/or transportation experience. Desired candidate will have an additional 3 years of experience drafting, preparing and managing grants and publishing RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s; 2 years of experience managing a complex technology project relating to RFI’s, AVI, GIS and Smart application technology and 2 years of experience developing green sustainable transportation solutions and policy.
