Position Summary: As a Waypoint Manager, you will lead work streams to ensure the successful implementation of efficiency program management services, as well as the deployment of our Waypoint Analytical Toolkit in support of program execution. In addition to successfully helping to deliver
programs, you will work with Waypoint’s clients to expand our existing business lines over time.
Additionally, you will assume a central role in the development of new program offerings and the capture of new work opportunities. Critical metrics to your success will include timely completion of high-quality project deliverables, new business generated on behalf of Waypoint, and overall customer
satisfaction with Waypoint’s work.

Qualifications:
- MA or equivalent degree in related field and 7-8 years of relevant experience
- Have extensive experience with utility and/or commercial real estate market needs
- Have advanced understanding of building components and EE measures
- Have advanced understanding of consulting skills/problem solving methodologies
- Possess the ability to think strategically, design and execute analysis and derive key findings with
minimal assistance
