Description
The Research and Data Specialist III (RDS III) will lead special projects that support policy making, program design, and program evaluation. They will be an in-house expert on HCD’s data and data tools and HPD data needs. The incumbent will provide guidance on methodology to HPD projects. The RDS III will work closely and collaboratively with the Unit Chief on time-sensitive and high-profile projects. A collaborative approach to problem solving, excellent written and oral skills, and a commitment to racial and economic equity are required.
