BAE Urban Economics, Inc. (BAE) is seeking a qualified Analyst or Associate for our Berkeley or Los Angeles, CA office. Analyst Position
Under the direction of senior management and working out of either the Berkeley or Los Angeles office, the Analyst will support project teams across all BAE offices in a wide range of public- and private-sector client engagements. Analysts work as part of a team to complete technical analyses and reports. Responsibilities include demographic and real estate market research, data collection, analysis, report writing, report production, and special projects.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, business administration, public policy, or related fields, with coursework in urban planning, real estate development, Geographic Information systems (GIS), and/or urban economics preferred. Strong research and writing skills and computer knowledge are essential.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to gain professional experience and is considering pursuing a graduate degree in city and regional planning.
