Doing so will require excellent project management and an orientation to regulatory details. After revisioning the AB 434 program guidelines and creating a consolidated NOFA, this manager will direct staff responsible for application scoring and award processes, guideline revisions, and program evaluation. This position will define the award process for billions of dollars that support affordable housing development and preservation, and they will help lead HCD toward a more efficient, customer-oriented funding process.
