The Associate Consultant is integral to the daily operation of the firm, and will have an active role in all aspects of engagements, including:
-Identifying key strategic and logistical issues;
-Solving complex problems using qualitative and financial analyses;
-Planning and conducting essential research and interviews;
-Synthesizing conclusions into client-focused recommendations;
-Developing results-driven client strategies; and
-Interacting with team members, principals and clients.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
-Strong interest in real estate economics and development;
-Bachelor's degree with 3.3 GPA or higher;
-Excellent quantitative and communication skills;
-Intuitive problem-solving capacity; and
-Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-pace environment.
