The City of San José Environmental Services Department (ESD) is now recruiting for numerous positions in the Environmental Services Specialist (ESS) series. ESD intends to use the candidate pool developed from this recruitment to fill vacancies specified in this announcement, as well as future ESS series vacancies. Staff in the ESS series are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental programs for the City.
