FIRM OVERVIEW | HR&A Advisors, Inc. (HR&A) is an industry-leading real estate, economic development and program implementation consulting firm. We provide strategic advisory services to clients for some of the most complex mixed-use, neighborhood, downtown, campus, and regional development projects across the United States and abroad. We are a team of professionals who are passionate about cities. On any given day we can be found exploring the hidden potential of an abandoned industrial waterfront, advancing resilience policies to mitigate and protect against the risk of climate change, bringing the public and private sector together to finance large mixed-use developments, and illustrating the economic benefits of parks and open space redevelopment. Through our work, HR&A provides creative financial and policy solutions to the complex economic development and real estate challenges present in urban environments.

Research Analyst is an entry-level position for professionals with a passion for urban development and policy and a deep curiosity about the challenges and opportunities facing cities today. Daily tasks may include conducting real estate market analysis, case study research, and strategic planning; analyzing economic and fiscal impacts, and preparing real estate pro formas for a range of uses and public-private structures. Research Analysts also help produce marketing materials, proposals, and client deliverables in the form of written reports, memos, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel models.
