The position will perform important tasks related to economic development, including demographic and real estate research and analysis; economic incentive promotion and administration; community marketing and business outreach; and business assistance and retention. The intern will have the opportunity to attend staff and public meetings and gain valuable experience in economic development and local municipal government.

This employment opportunity is a temporary, part-time position. The ideal candidate will work 10-20 hours per week in this internship position. Flexible work hours and scheduling are available and based upon the needs of the Department. There may be occasional early morning and/or evening meetings required.
