The Construction Department Manager is responsible to and performs under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, serving as Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority's (NCIHA) primary staff to coordinate and compile information and resources to expedite the development of new construction and housing rehabilitation of Indian Housing within the operational jurisdiction of NCIHA.

Responsibilities include: evaluating potential opportunities, applying for grants and loans, closing property transactions, overseeing construction, coordinating with property management and consultants, cooperating with finance department to assure payments and compliance with regulations.
