PlaceWorks is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with a range of tasks, including Word processing, document production, and proposal preparation. The Marketing & Production Administrative Assistant must be able to work closely with the admin, production, and marketing teams to meet deadlines on a weekly basis, often meeting multiple deadlines per week. Candidate must be extremely organized and able to work with staff across offices and subconsultants from a wide variety of disciplines.

Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate with staff and subconsultants and produce, assemble, and edit text, graphics, covers, and other needed components for proposals, SOQs, and other business development/marketing documents.
- Assemble, format, edit, and finalize documents.
- Coordinate with staff and subconsultants to identify and gather information for proposals and SOQs.
- Write, review, and edit specific components of proposals, SOQs, and other documents.
- Help update and enter information in database.
- Produce hard and electronic copies of documents for clients.
- Research new leads and marketing opportunities.
- Secondary duties include assisting with administrative and/or production tasks, which may include: copying, binding, and assembling documents; receptionist backup; occasional errands.

Qualifications:
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, as well as solid writing, editing, and grammar/punctuation skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Acrobat.
Desired
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Experience working for a consulting firm in a similar position.
