Benefits of the Volunteer Internship

When applying for future jobs, you’ll be able to point to tangible results from your work and describe a discrete project that you led. This position is unpaid. Travel reimbursement is available if you are working more than 30 hours a week and can demonstrate financial need.

To Apply:
Send a resume, cover letter, and 1-2 page writing sample to internsips@greenbelt.org. Please include your name and “Smart Growth Volunteer Internship” in the subject line of the email. Applications will be evaluated as they arrive; the position is open until filled.
