The Senior Housing Development Project Manager’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to fulfilling the overall technical aspects involved in the development of affordable residential communities. These aspects include: initial feasibility analysis, acquisition, design, financing and entitlements; coordination with construction staff in the plan check and construction stage, and coordination of start-up operations with Property Management and/or Homeownership Department staff. Under the general direction of the Director or Housing Development, the Senior Project Manager is expected to exercise a high level of independent judgment in the conduct of business responsibility with minimal supervision.
