This position manages and coordinates with multiple BRIDGE departments through the property development process. A cover letter highlighting your interest and experience is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Inception and Feasibility: Identify, detail and propose new projects.
Planning Approvals: Strategize and manage specialist teams and outreach programs to obtain all required approvals and build public support and approval.
Project Design and Construction/Rehab: Manage the design and construction team from initial scoping and design development through construction.
Financial: Create and maintain detailed project budget and financing reports. Obtain all debt, equity and soft sources of finance to ensure feasibility. Manage project costs throughout the development process. Document loan and partnership terms and obligations.
Transactions: Manage real estate and finance transactions including site and property acquisitions, construction and permanent loan closings and tax credit equity syndications.
Supervision: Jointly supervise and mentor a Project Administrator or Assistant Project Manager.
Quality: Ensure the highest quality development in every respect in conformance with BRIDGE’s commitment to the long term physical, financial, operational health of its developments, viability and strength of its portfolio and quality of homes for its residents.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields
MBA or equivalent work experience
Effective prioritization and organizational skills
Strong leadership with ability to manage and inspire both internal and external teams
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work and communicate with project stakeholders
Preferred:
Experience taking several developments from conception to completion
Experience in the development of complex housing projects
Proven affordable housing finance expertise
Experience with energy efficient, sustainable green building practices
Northern California real estate experience
