FORMA (www.formasf.com) is a real estate development, design, and project management company specializing in mixed-use condominium residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
We are seeking an entry to mid level Designer Project Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and rendering skills as well as experience with Construction Documents for multifamily residential, hospitality and commercial projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Produce CAD drawings and 3D models
-Assist with overall digital strategy management
-Assist with presentation development as needed
-Prepare and edit marketing materials for business development and real estate development projects
-Conduct material and product research as required for project development
-Ensure priorities are accomplished and unplanned items are addressed appropriately; proactively follow up on action items and correspondence
-Update company website as needed
-Manage social media accounts
-Managing executive email and company communication


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
-Strong AutoCAD, Revit/3D modeling
-Strong Experience with Construction Documentation and Administration
-Strong writing, communication, research and presentation skills
-Superior grammatical capabilities and business/creative writing skills
-Ability to manage time, multi-task and excel in a deadline-oriented environment
-Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), Google Docs
-Strong team player, with ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
-Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
-Experience with graphic design is a plus
-Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
-Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus
