The Research Intern position is integral to the daily operation of the firm. Real estate experience is not required but interest in the subject is highly encouraged. Duties will include: conducting essential research and interviews with real estate professionals and government agencies; performing analyses in support of associates; conducting in-depth primary research via phone and through online resources. Successful candidates will have the following qualifications: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); Professional and conversant phone demeanor; Intuitive problem-solving capacity; Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-pace environment; and Bachelor’s degree from a reputable educational institution (graduated or in-progress).
