On-going projects/ programs implemented by the EDH Division include economic development projects, preparation of housing policy documents including the Housing Element Annual Progress Report and the Housing Successor annual report to the State, the First Time Homebuyers Program; the Affordable Housing Program; the Art in Public Places Program; the brownfields program; several mixed-use and neighborhood/regional projects; and affordable housing developments. In implementing these projects and programs, Department staff routinely coordinates with other City departments, regional, state and federal agencies, and the private sector.
